One great feature of the Bee House Coffee Dripper is that it has an open base design to let you check the level of the pot below without moving it.Designed to hold enough ground coffee to make 2-4 demitasse cups. It will fit any teapot whose lid measures 2 3/4 inches in diameter. It will also fit the top of any mug that is between 3 inches to 3.5 inches in diameter.The base is 4 inches long by 3 inches wide. The large dripper is 3 1/2 inches deep, 4 1/2 inches wide at the top and it holds 1 cup of liquid. .Based on customer feedback: Both the Melitta #2 filters will fit into the base of the large coffee drippers.
